While our courses are designed for specific age groups, we recognize that student readiness varies. If your student falls slightly outside the recommended age range (within one to two years) but demonstrates the maturity and skills to succeed in the course, we welcome you to reach out.
Please contact us via email, social media, or our website contact form to discuss your student's background and readiness. We'll work with you to determine whether the course is an appropriate fit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact a student's ability to attend class. Our policy addresses these situations as follows:
Full Refund Eligibility
A complete refund will be issued when serious and unavoidable circumstances (such as family illness or bereavement) require a student to miss one-third or more of the scheduled course sessions.Makeup Resources
For absences affecting fewer than one-third of the course, students will receive access to recorded class lectures and exercises at no additional charge, enabling them to stay current with course material.Non-Qualifying Absences
Planned absences, including vacations and other discretionary commitments, do not qualify for refunds. We encourage families to review the course schedule carefully before enrollment to ensure availability for all sessions.
FAQs relating to individual classes can be found on their respective pages in the course library.
